Road Committee
All Wild Horse Ranch roads are maintained by the Catron County Public Works Department. The Wild Horse Ranch Landowners Association Road Committee encourages residents to report any road concerns directly to The Wild Horse Ranch Landowners Association Road Committee.
The mission of our The Wild Horse Ranch Landowners Association Road Committee is to advise, assist, and recommend policies to the Wild Horse Ranch Landowners Association Board of Directors concerning the improvement, maintenance, and repair of our roads. Our recommendations are guided by the collective judgment of the committee, ensuring that the needs of our community are met while balancing available financial resources.

Water Committee
The water system at Wild Horse Ranch is overseen by the dedicated Wild Horse Ranch Water Committee, which works closely with local authorities to ensure that our community’s water supply is safe, reliable, and well-maintained.
Our Water Committee is here to address any water-related concerns you may have. If you experience issues or have questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
The mission of the Wild Horse Ranch Water Committee is to advise, assist, and recommend policies to the Wild Horse Ranch Landowners Association Board of Directors regarding the maintenance, improvement, and management of our water system. Our goal is to balance the needs of our community with responsible stewardship of this vital resource.
